Back home from Creed. So glad I got it in the theatres before it got out, which I'm guessing will be next week.

Let me begin by saying that the Rocky movie series is probably my favourite sports/life movie franchise. The reason I wrote sports/life is because that is exactly what those movies were for me. They were more about living than just about boxing. And Slyvester Stallone for me, is one of the best action stars ever. He is an action star who is a great actor and has had some of the best funny lines in his movies. So all this said, I was obviously very excited about Creed and I'm so happy that I was NOT disappointed. For me, this was one of the best sports movies I've seen in the last few years. I'm sure there'll be people who liked other movies and maybe didn't really dig Creed as much as I did...and that's cool. But for me...this movie was fabulous.

Michael B Jordan totally slam dunks his role! (Sorry couldn't resist that pun). Seriously though. He was fantastic. Very believable in his role as the young Adonis Creed, son of the legendary Apollo Creed. And Stallone as the old mentor Rocky Balboa is probably just as awesome as the Stallone as the young fighter Rocky Balboa. Their chemistry and the way they ended the movie was so perfect. Loved it and totally recommend it to everyone who was contemplating about watching the movie. You don't have much time to see it in the theatres. Go see it soon! :)

Right then...

Good night and take care
